We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting a Finance & Administration Manager.
As a Finance & Administration Manager, you will lead a business services team dedicated to managing finance, payroll, procurement, and warehouse functions for the Centre.
You will ensure accurate financial reporting, oversee monthly account reconciliations, and manage the Centre's compliance with audit and statutory obligations.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will guide your team in achieving budgetary targets, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain strong, compliant financial practices.
In your new role, you will: Oversee all financial, payroll, and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Prepare financial reports, statements, and variance analyses, upholding transparency and accuracy.Manage intercompany transactions and ensure the timely processing of tax obligations.Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance, meeting KPI targets for the Centre.Foster a safe, respectful work environment aligned with company values and policies.Support annual audit processes and the Centre's budget preparation, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.Demonstrate expertise with financial software, particularly NetSuite (desirable), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Manage a Finance Team responsible for accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting and ensuring full compliance with accounting and audit standards.ABOUT YOUYou are a strategic and detail-oriented finance professional with proven senior management experience, ideally within complex environments such as corrections or healthcare.
Your ability to lead a team, manage compliance, and handle complex financial reporting demonstrates your commitment to operational excellence and integrity.
In this role, your strong communication, organisational skills, and proactive approach will support the effective management and continuous improvement of financial operations, ensuring the Centre's compliance with both contractual and statutory requirements.
