About YOUR new job:

Reporting to the GM, the Finance and Administration Manager will immerse themselves in this newly created position providing accounting technical support and delivery of key monthly reports to GM-level stakeholders and leading an offshore high-performing, dynamic team.

Some of the critical tasks aligned to this role will include:
•Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing offshore finance and administration team of up to 10 employees
•Build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders to achieve commercial success and a greater understanding of the operational impacts on the financial outcomes
•Pro-actively offer business, economic and industry insight to senior business leaders
•Review policies and procedures to maintain robust practices and support the external Audit process
•Drive business improvement and process improvement projects
•Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at GM level

About YOU!
•Be a self-starter with ideas, initiatives, and a forward-thinking approach, happy to challenge and communicate effectively with peers and managers.
•Possesses commercial acumen and an understanding of key business drivers
•Interpersonally, you are naturally inquisitive with strong attention to detail and show resilience. You have a track record of effectively supporting Executive level stakeholders.
•A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a people manager/supervisor/team leader
•Experiences in related fields, such as accounting, finance, financial reporting, or collections
