See Saw Wine is a family owned business that has dedicated the past three decades to organic and innovative wine production and grape growing. See Saws' wine business operates in the picturesque high altitude, cool climate region of Orange NSW.
An exciting opportunity exists to join See Saws' young and energetic team in the role of Finance & Administration Coordinator.
Extensive & ongoing business growth means that See Saw Wine requires the services of an experienced, Full Time Finance & Administration Coordinator, starting in early 2025.
PRIMARY DUTIES: Facilitation, oversight & effective & efficient delivery of all Finance & Administration activities across the See Saw Wine business operations.Customer facing position, that requires a high level of customer service, communications & coordination.Working closely with CEO, Brand Manager and other Senior Management & operational staff to achieve See Saw Wine strategic operations & efficiency objectives.Work across all sections of the business, from sales to operations, suppliers to customers & operations to administration & finance to meet & exceed customer expectations.Implementation, maintenance & monitoring of internal filing system (including physical & electronic).Efficiently & accurately entering financial & administration data into Business' financial, administration & operational systems.Preparing various financial & operations reports for both internal and external use.Accurately preparing monthly BAS Statements submission to ATO.Accurately preparing & processing Payroll & related staff requirements including Super & PAYG.Identifying business financial risks & escalating as required, also assisting the CEO/Senior Management team with mitigation strategies & solutions.Work with the Senior Management team to develop & continuously improve finance & administration systems, policies, procedures & programs to drive or assist with achieving the businesses objectives.Attendance & positive contribution to the businesses management meetings.Other tasks as directed & requested day to day.OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Our successful candidate will support our team by displaying the following attributes:
Highly effective communicator who enjoys providing quality customer service.Commitment to continuous improvement in prioritisation, delegation, productivity & efficiency.Well-developed thinking, inquiry and numeracy skills.Strong finance, administration & computing skills, including a high attention to detail & data accuracy and integrity.Great communication skills – proficient in both verbal & written communication.Strong organisational and planning capability with ability to organise, prioritise, multi-task & categorise work to defined scope & delivery targets & to monitor & adjust plans due to changing requirements.Well-developed & competent information technology, systems, databases & online systems skills.Ability & experience working independently or as part of a team.Diploma or bachelor's degree in finance or similar field an advantage.CPA or equivalent an advantage (not a necessity).Experience working in small family businesses in agricultural, manufacturing or services industries.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised person with well-developed finance, administration and communications skills.
