Finance Administration Assistant - Local Government Immediate start, initial 3 month contract with view to extend$33.46 per hour + superBlacktown locationFull time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per weekWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and innovative individual to join the Civil Asset Maintenance team within this Government department. Successful candidates will process our applications, answer customer enquiries both written & over the phone, process refunds, data entry, create purchase orders and process invoice payments.

Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to: Processing applicationsAnswering customer enquiries over the phone and emailRecords and database managementProcessing refundsData entryCreating purchase ordersProcessing invoice paymentsOther ad-hoc administration tasks as requiredSkills/Experience: Previous experience is essential, Government experience is beneficialExceptional communication skills both written and verbalGreat attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamStrong administration skillsFor further information or interest in the role, please email a copy of your resume to Brooke Dover at ****** APPLICATIONS CLOSING SOON.
