Faircloth & Reynolds is seeking a Finance Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in Coffs Harbour, NSW.

About you
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team to meet departmental objectives and must possess the following skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience in a similar finance administration or office support role Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial administration Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records Proficient in using financial software, spreadsheets, and other relevant business applications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders A can-do attitude with willingness to learn and be a team player About the Position
The Finance Administration Assistant duties will include:
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, such as processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and following up on outstanding payments Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of financial operations Supporting the finance and administration team with ad-hoc tasks What we offer
