Having grown exponentially over the last 20 years to become the leader in their niche.Job DescriptionTake charge of customer account invoice administration and conduct proactive debtor reviews to ensure seamless financial processes.Lead the organisation and auditing of invoices across the warehouse, distribution, and procurement sectors, driving accuracy and efficiency.Prepare and coordinate detailed defect reports with suppliers, fostering strong partnerships and maintaining high-quality standards.Deliver exceptional administrative support to the broader supply chain team, stepping in when needed to keep operations running smoothly.The Successful ApplicantDemonstrated experience managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable within a close-knit team environment.Skilled in building strong relationships and confidently liaising with major accounts and key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations and process improvements.Quick to adapt and master new systems, ensuring a seamless transition and operational efficiency.A self-starter who excels at working independently while actively contributing to team success.What's on OfferWorking from home 3-4 days a weekCompetitive market base salaryJoin a growing Australian business in a supportive teamOpen to immediately available or permanent notice period candidates
