About Your Role: Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, and with one direct report, you will work as part of a small team to help support the business.
You will create and review essential financial documents, conduct data entry, and manage invoicing processes relating to NDIS claiming.
This hybrid position is located in Campbelltown 2 days per week, with the option of 3 days working remotely.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts payableAccounts ReceivableFinance AdministrationQualifications & Experience: At least five years' experience in a related role.Cert IV in Finance or Accounting.Demonstrate working knowledge of MYOB.Demonstrated working knowledge of the NDIS.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong verbal and communication abilities in English.Proven ability to develop and maintain constructive, productive relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Positive and helpful personality with well-developed interpersonal, problem solving and attention to detail skills.Our recruitment process will look something like this: Introductory phone screen - chat with a member of our friendly team to discuss you and the role.Virtual Interview - get to know more about the business and the role.Face to Face Interview - get to know your potential manager, the workplace location and showcase your skills.ReferencesAll applicants will be contacted to advise the outcome of their application whether it is good or bad news - we won't leave you wondering what is happening.
Additional Information: It is a requirement to work at AMS, the successful applicant must undergo a NDIS Worker Check and provide a NSW Working with Children Check verification number.
