Civil & Demo are seeking multiple experienced and talented Final Trim Bobcat/Posi Operators to join our professional Perth Metro based team on full time basis, assisting in leading project teams to ensure success and smooth day to day operations. The opportunity exists for proactive experienced operators to advance within the company with additional training. We carry out a diverse and challenging range of projects across the Metro area
Duties & tasks: Bulk & detailed earthworksRoad Construction and Civil DrainageCommercial and high end residential site worksProjects including car parks, unit developments, and apartment earthworksWork Monday to Friday with Saturday work available 50+ hours per weekExperience & attributes: Minimum of 5 years' prior experience in commercial earth or road works HR unrestricted license or aboveFront end loader, Excavator and roller experience highly regardedA current White card and certificates of competencies Ability to read & interpret plans, use of laser levels & site set-outAbility to set and final trim to levelWillingness to undergo a pre-employment medicalBenefits: Above award ratesFurther training and ticket opportunitiesSupportive team of colleaguesOpportunities to progress into senior supervisory rolesAbout us: Civil & Demo are a well-established business based NOR specializing in bulk earthmoving and detailed site works across the Perth Metro area.
