About the role Coastal Graders' is seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team in Caloundra, Queensland. This is a full-time role, responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform final grading and leveling of construction sites with precision and efficiency.
What you'll be doing Operate final trim graders to precisely grade and level construction sites to project specificationsRead and interpret site plans, blueprints, and work orders to understand project requirementsEnsure the accurate placement of materials and the proper slope and drainage of surfacesPerform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment to maintain optimal performanceWork closely with the site supervisor and construction team to coordinate grading activitiesAdhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environmentWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience operating final trim graders in the construction industryExcellent understanding of grading techniques, site preparation, and civil construction processesProficiency in using Trimble GPS and interpreting site plans is a must.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precisionExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsCommitment to safety and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamRelevant construction industry certifications or licenses (e.g., plant operator's licence)What we offer
