We have several openings for Aseptic Filling Technicians / Operators at our CSL Behring manufacturing site at Broadmeadows.Working at our site in Broadmeadows you will play an important part in helping people with life-threatening illnesses live a full life.
These positions are in our Filling (Facility A) department.Reporting to the Filling Coordinator you will work in a safe, GMP compliant and cost-efficient manner to ensure operations are integrated and aligned with the CSL Behring Broadmeadows site strategies and procedures.These roles are an ongoing full-time opportunity.
This role will involve manual handling, prolonged standing and repeatable work.Please Note: This position is within a 24/7 operational facility, and it will be 12-hour shifts that rotate as 2 morning shifts followed by 2 overnight shifts and 4 days off.
The RoleEnsure your own and others health, safety and security at workAssist production activities so the weekly manufacturing schedule of activities is metHelp develop and implement corrective actions where needed to improve the team's performance goalsBuild professional relationships with your team to meet the team's weekly scheduled deliverablesComplete tasks with strict gowning requirementsMaintain a clean work environment of the facility and production linesEnsure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to produce products safely and with the highest quality standards.Your skills and experienceStrong attention to detailAbility to follow standard operating procedures1+ years of experience working in a busy dynamic team environment with a range of diverse stakeholdersPrevious work experience in aseptic filling, in laboratory or manufacturing setting would be highly regardedTAFE or degree qualification is desirable but not essential to be successful in this roleWe are open to candidates that do not have prior manufacturing experience and want to work at an advanced manufacturing facility, making a difference to the lives of patients in Australia and overseas.Apply now to join a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and start your Promising Futures at CSL!Please include a cover letter addressing the selection criteria and resume in the one document.
