The OpportunityThis excellent opportunity is available for Filling Operators -Night shift (2 positions available) in manufacturing Turner Filling department at our Broadmeadows site. Reporting to Facility Filling Team Leader you will be responsible to prepare equipment and other supporting activities to enable filling of products in a safe, GMP compliant and cost efficient manner. These permanent positions are for night shift 10pm-5:51am with annual base pay of $88,070.Please note: This role will involve manual handling, prolonged standing and repetitive work. The Role:Conduct activities to meet the Master Production Schedule and the forecasted product demandPerform production activities so the daily and weekly Privigen Filling schedules of activities are met in a cost efficient and consistent mannerIdentify and support process development and innovation within the manufacturing plantActively lead and assist trouble shooting of day to day issuesSupport management and quality in timely investigation and closeout of deviations and CAPA'sProvide support to ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with registered conditions and the code of GMP and in a validated stateTo be successful:Preferred tertiary qualification in science/engineering or relevant experience (minimum of VCE qualification)Experience in Aseptic ProcessingTechnical skills in Manufacturing and Quality processes and systemsExperience within a pharmaceutical or allied industry involving line managementStrong Communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of cGMPDiligence and attention to detail is a key attribute for this roleThe successful candidate will display the following:CollaboratesBuilds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.
