DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Order valuations on behalf of brokersLiaise with brokers on valuation progressAnswer enquiries concerning credit standing of customers, loan balances and penaltiesGreet visitors who visit the Loan Gallery office on behalf of Senior BrokersProvide accurate and timely updates to customers during the entire lifecycle of loan applicationContact financial and credit institutions to obtain information about customersPrepare documents setting out conditions of credit and loans, rates of repayment and loan periods, and providing information about customers' standing to financial and credit institutionsReview files and documentation to ensure complete and accurateUse the FLEX system to upload and submit files and paperworkFollow up on stakeholders to confirm receipt and commitment to next actionCommunicate with stakeholders the status of loan files as appropriateAnalyse information about customers and examining references, credit ratings, investment risks, pay slips and other information against predetermined policy standardsKeeping records of paymentsand preparing routine letters requesting payment for overdue accounts and forwarding these for legal action as requiredWHY LOAN GALLERY FINANCE:An opportunity to work with a highly professional company and successful team.
