Job DescriptionAll about your role: Cater Care Services are seeking dynamic and experienced hospitality leaders for a Village Manager position at our contract mining villages in SA. The role is available on an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Adelaide. Meals, uniforms, and accommodation are included.
What this role involves: Management of the Accommodation reservations systemsManagement of site & all contract scoped accommodation and catering servicesDemonstrable team management, development & leadershipFull financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labor and food costsThe ideal applicant will have: Exceptional administrative and computer/software skillsAccommodation reservations systems experience (VAMS, SAMS, RMS)A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Food Safety Supervisor, Responsible Service of Alcohol (highly desirable)Stable & progressive management experience within a remote environmentA commitment to genuine, friendly customer serviceA motivated, constructive and professional 'can-do' attitudeResourcefulness, resilience, and enthusiasmAdherence to food & general safety practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentPhysically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasksPride in personal appearance & hygieneAbility to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity & inclement weatherA manual drivers' license (preferred) and forklift ticket (highly desirable)To apply: Please click "Apply for this job".
