We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.Due to anticipated growth in our BMA Villages in the Moranbah/Dysart regions, we're looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to lead and mentor one of our largest villages, 1000-1200 residents on the outskirts of Moranbah.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of Village Operations (catering and cleaning services)Maintaining consistent operational performance, driving quality, cost, people capability and performanceDriving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performanceFostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovationMinimum RequirementsExperience in Village Management or Assistant Management positionsExperience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines with competing prioritiesStrong financial and analytical skills in developing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a profitable businessStrong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective and engaged teamsThe BenefitsFIFO from Brisbane or Mackay, the roster is 9 days on, 5 days off doing 12 hour days with all meals and accommodation provided.
