Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD region, we are looking for experienced Refrigeration Technicians to take us into our next growth phase, as we mobilise our Anglo American villages in the Middlemount, Moranbah and Moura regions.
Working with well-regarded clients, the successful candidate will work a 2:2 roster, working 11 hour days. Flights ex Brisbane, accommodation and meals included. Locals are encouraged to apply on a drive-in, drive-out basis.
The Position

Work as part of the Delta FM Trades team performing reactive and preventative maintenance works on our remote camp facilities.
Responsible for preparing new installation of refrigerating systems.
Perform maintenance and repairs to defective equipment and testing components.
Perform pre-start inspections and keep audit reports.
Ensure external suppliers, servicing and lease suppliers provide a prompt and efficient service.
Assist with work from various departments as required.
Responsive and flexible workload.
Uphold safe work practices that are specific to remote site work.

The Person

Previous experience working remotely in the resources sector (desirable).
Trade qualified with current Qld Refrigerant Licence (ARC endorsed).
FIFO Camp Maintenance experience (desirable).
Working in confined spaces.
Working at heights.
White Card.
QBCC Licence.
Current drivers licence.
Full working rights with ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test.
