We are offering Permanent Ongoing works to Remote WA sites from Perth Airport, on an even time 14&14 Days Only Roster. You'll be joining a small but established maintenance team with positions commencing from June 2024.
$106,696 Gross Per Annum = $4,103 Gross every fortnight
THE POSITION Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environmentPlanned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration unitsWorking in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlinesAdditional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.THE PERSON Hold Trade Certificate in RefrigerationFull ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence or working towardsCurrent CPR + LVR (or willing to obtain)Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & current Police CheckCurrent WAH, CS, HRWL – EWP highly desirable, training available for the right applicantWell versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulationsAble to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rostersTHE BENEFITS Consistent ongoing maintenance work across a variety of Delta FM Resort Style Village sites WA widePPE, Meals, Flights & Accommodation all included.Site based recreation amenities including Tennis Courts, Pools, BBQ's.
