FIFO Refrigeration Technicians required for 2 months work on South Australia mine site FIFO Refrigeration Technician FIFO Refrigeration Tech roles for residential & commercial maintenance on remote minesite accommodation villages Refrigeration (HVAC) - FIFO Refrigeration Technicians required for FIFO work conducting maintenance on remote camp sites in South Australia Your new company Hays have an opportunity for experienced Refrigeration Technician's to join our casual pool of staff to work on remote camp sites in South Australia. Your new role We are currently looking for qualified candidates who are available for the next 2 months on a 2 week on 1 week off swing, with there also being the opportunity to extend past this point. This role will see you attending to general maintenance and fault finding across the entire mine site village including offices, accommodation and kitchens. You will also be involved in new installations of refrigerating systems. All flights are paid for to get you to site from Adelaide Airport and while you are away all accommodation and food is also covered. While on site you will also have access to facilities such as swimming pool and gymnasium. What you'll need to succeed You must be a qualified Refrigeration Technician with a current ARCTICK Licence, South Australian B-Class Electrical licence, White Card and current drivers licence you will also need to provide a current national police clearance (no more than 6 months old) and full driver's licence. The successful candidate must be able to undergo a thorough full pre-employment medical including instant drug and alcohol screening and must complete some online inductions before flying to site. We are looking for a quick turnaround with the recruitment process as we hope to have new staff on site for their first swings before the end of January 2024. This role requires you to fly out of Adelaide so would best suit candidates that live locally in South Australia and only candidates based in South Australia will be considered.
