As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with the consultants and the main contractor through the delivery of a large project in Regional NSW. You will work closely with the main contractor to ensure that the project is delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Acting as the client with the head contractor Cost plan management, monitoring, and budget control Establish, lead, and manage project governance processes Tendering documentation and processes Contract administration and works supervision Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts Maintain a strong focus on safety and environment

Requirements Tertiary qualification relevant to Construction or Engineering Proven experience in a Project Manager position Strong attention to detail Be collaborative and a team player Excellent verbal & written communication skills Based on site in Regional NSW
