Fifo Pastry Chef - Remote Western Australia Opportunity

ISS Integrated Serv P/L is seeking a skilled Pasty Chef to join our dynamic Resources Operations Team on a two weeks on, one week off FIFO roster from Perth Airport to our remote Western Australia site.
Key Responsibilities: Meet food preparation and service requirements to exceed customer expectations in regard to the food offering, while being in line with contractual requirements.Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service, ensuring all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards.Take responsibility for your designated food section and station, promoting flexibility and productivity within the team.Ensure all food is stored and handled as per current food health and hygiene regulations.Requirements: Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience in producing patisserie and bakery items in bulk.Experience in high volume bulk catering and function/banquets environment, with a strong focus on customer service.Police Clearance less than 3 months old, and a willingness to work in a remote mining village environment.What We Offer: All meals, accommodation, and uniform provided whilst on site.Mental, financial, and physical health support programs to ensure your well-being.Ongoing support and training with opportunities to grow at a global company.About ISS Integrated Serv P/L: We believe 'People Make Places' and are committed to creating a culture that values inclusion and diversity, where all our people are treated fairly and respectfully.
