Job Description
Drive essential improvements in fixed plant reliability within the mining sector.
Lead and perform root cause analysis on equipment breakdowns.
Implement optimisation to boost reliability of fixed plant assets.
Oversee equipment data integrity and life cycle management.
Manage wear materials across high-impact areas.
Support budgeting and continuous improvement projects.
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Engineering, ideally with SAP experience.
Strong problem-solving with tools like FMEA and RCA.
Extensive maintenance/reliability experience in mining or oil and gas.
Knowledge of WA Mines Regulations and Australian Standards.
Skilled communicator and collaborator with a safety-driven mindset.
