As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and experienced Maintenance Planner to support the Asset and Project Manager and liaise with the maintenance teams and customers to ensure required resources are identified, planned, estimated, organized, and scheduled prior to execution for efficient utilisation of all maintenance resources.The role will monitor performance via FMS@ISS (CMMS) and make any necessary adjustments to ensure that best-in-class productivity is achieved.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Asset and Project Manager on operational priorities and issues.Develop PPM work schedules that follow ISS SOPs and direction from Asset and Project Manager.Review scopes, authorise, plan & schedule: Proactive, Corrective & Reactive works from clients & technicians.Determine and forward plan: Labour, materials, external resources, specialist tooling, and operational safety requirements, to improve Work Task completion efficiency.Manage purchasing, invoicing, materials & inventory management to improve lead-times.Liaise with client to understand & consider their program and negotiate downtime windows where necessary.Activity monitor Planned resource Availability & Utilisation vs Actuals, and Adherence to planned schedules, to identify opportunities for productivity improvement.Identify & mitigate risks to works program, and ensure activities comply to ISS policies, procedures and industry standards, to mitigate HSEQ risks and increase resource productivity.Coordinate daily toolbox meetings and team schedules for optimal resource use and timely completion.Monitor work task completion progress, re-plan or reschedule incomplete tasks as required.Publish weekly, monthly and annual work schedules for team members and client.Implement innovations and process improvement in-collaboration with Pacific Technical Products Team.Actively seek opportunities to enhance ISS processes and implementation ideas for ongoing improvement.What We're Looking For:5 years experience carrying out maintenance activities in a process and building services environment, with a minimum 10 years proven track record of Technical Services enterprise systems experience.Proactive and self-starter with ability to support and lead a diverse trade delivery team.Understanding of Spares & Inventory planning to Work Tasks via central systems.Exceptional quantitative analytical and financial modelling skills.Experience in risk management and compliance.High level of business and commercial acumen.Strong sense of team and passion to develop others as well as self.Ability to use data for reporting, benchmarking and continuous improvement.Attention to detail, time management and technical proficiency.Ability to Adapt and collaborate effectively.Why Join Us?Impact: Play a key role in shaping the future of our client.Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Competitive Compensation: A rewarding salary and comprehensive benefits package.Culture: Be part of a forward-thinking, inclusive, and collaborative team.At ISS we believe 'People Make Places' and we are looking for the best People to create the best work-Places in Western Australia.To apply for this role please click on the 'apply' link and complete the online application.ISS is passionate about creating a culture that values inclusion and diversity, where all our people are treated fairly and respectfully.
