About the Role: Provide leadership and advice to site management on Health, Safety, and Environment processes and systems.
Liaise continually with PM, PE, SM and/or Site Superintendents through site communication processes to facilitate consistent site Health, Safety, Environment and Training compliance.
Report all HSET incidents, accidents and near misses to the HSET Manager.
Provide training as may be required in accordance with Eastern Guruma's Health, Safety and Environment Management System.
Ensure delivery of all Health, Safety and Environment project plans.
Support audits for Health, Safety, Environment and Training.
Deliver document and version control of Health, Safety and Environment material.
Provide input into process and procedure review for all Health, Safety, Environment and Training Systems.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of training and assessment records for the Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following: Bachelor's degree, diploma or certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety Minimum 3 years of progressive Health & Safety experience within facilities management, mining or civil earthworks projects.
Completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Completed Incident Investigation qualification (ICAM) qualification Current WA manual driver's licence.
In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and industry regulations.
Proven ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
Experience in conducting ICAM investigations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess risk.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing Able to obtain a National Police Check On Offer: Full-time permanent role with long-term career prospects.
