Axis is a dynamic, fast paced, hands on organisation that encourages accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across the business.We're looking for several FIFO Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic's to maintain our fleet of earth moving machinery, flying in and out of Perth to Newman on a 2/1 roster or 4/2 roster(from all Capital Cities), you choose.The successful candidates will be required to undertake mechanical repairs and refurbishment to earth moving equipment including component rebuilding, as well as complete all required job cards, paperwork, and safety requirements.Mobile Plant Mechanic trade certificateA safety-first attitudeProven experience with machinery including excavators, dozers, dump trucks and other heavy equipmentExtensive experience with CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr and Hitachi equipment, and a solid understanding of hydraulics, electrical and pneumatic diagnosisAble to work unsupervisedAbility to work day and night shiftNational police clearanceAbility to pass routine drug and alcohol testingImmediate start available for the right candidates, flights (from Perth) and accommodation provided whilst on swing.Applicants must have Australian residency to be considered for this role.Please note that if your application progresses to the reference check stage, you will be required to submit a national police clearance.
