Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD region, we are looking for experienced Electricians to take us into our next growth phase, as we mobilise our Anglo American villages in the Middlemount, Moranbah and Moura regions.
Working with well-regarded clients, the successful candidate will work a 7:7 roster, working 11 hour days. Flights ex Brisbane, accommodation and meals included. Locals are encouraged to apply on a drive-in, drive-out basis.
The Position Work as part of the Delta FM Trades team performing reactive and preventative maintenance works on our remote camp facilitiesPerform maintenance and repairs to defective equipment and testing componentsPerform pre-start inspections and keep audit reportsEnsure external suppliers, servicing and lease suppliers provide a prompt and efficient serviceAssist with work from various departments as requiredResponsive and flexible workloadUphold safe work practices that are specific to remote site workThe Person Previous experience working remotely in the resources sector (desirable)Trade qualified with current Qld Electrical LicenceFIFO Camp Maintenance experience (desirable)Working in confined spacesWorking at heightsWhite CardQBCC LicenceFull working rights with ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol testThe Benefits You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
