We are seeking Qualified Electricians looking to join the DeltaFM team on a Full-Time basis, with permanent ongoing works available.
You'll be joining a small but established maintenance team at either our Mardie or Red 5 sites.
These roles will be FIFO from Perth or DIDO for local applicants.
The positions are available with immediate start.
Both sites have recently joined the portfolio, and have approximately 400 rooms at each.
You'll join a team of approximately 5 trades on either A Crew or B Crew.
THE POSITION Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment Typical work day includes working on planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, fault finding troubleshooting including test, tag, isolating etc. Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc. Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines Additional Allowances available such as On Call, 3 Hour min.
Call Outs, Contractor/Nominee allowance, Dual Trade, Leading Hand etc. THE PERSON Current WA Electrical Unrestricted Licence (or working towards) Current Australian Drivers Licence, White Card, CPR + LVR & Police Check within 12 months Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters THE BENEFITS PPE, Chef-Made Meals, Flights & Resort Style Accommodation included Site based recreation amenities including Gym, Outdoor basketball courts Fortnightly Pay with Above Award Wages, 25 Days of Annual Leave Salary packaging; Want to increase your take home pay?
