ISS is a leading company in providing excellence in service to our clients committed to innovation and quality in everything we do. We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Contracts Administrator to join our team and manage the Administration functions with precision and efficiency.
A Snapshot of What You'll Do: Monitor contractual KPI's providing analysis & guidance to improve and streamline processes to meet operational scope.Prepare, review, and manage monthly billing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and company contractual scope.Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure contract terms are adhered to and align with our business objectives/KPI's.Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms and conditions.Keep detailed records of all documents, amendments, and communications. Ensure all data are properly filed and easily accessible.Address and resolve in conjunction with the KAM any contract-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to the contract.Work closely with the Client & ISS key stakeholders to ensure financial data is available and updated as required.What We're Looking For: Experience: 5 years minimum in Administration Management. (Within the energy, utilities, or resources sectors highly desired)Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational and service excellence.Expertise: Strong knowledge of operational implementation strategies to enhance productivity, systems management, labour & costs.Problem-Solver: Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and implement process improvements.Communicator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Why Join Us?
