Job Reference: 735169 Your new role Curtin University has an opportunity for a Fieldwork Administrative Assistant to join the Faculty of Health Sciences in a Continuing (Permanent) Full-time role.
This is a varied position where you will support and engage with a range of stakeholders across the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Key duties and responsibilities: Being the first point of contact for any general fieldwork enquiries.
Keeping databases up to date with students and placement information.
Verifying mandatory compliance documents required from students prior to taking part in clinical placements.
Ensuring that documents and records are maintained in a confidential manner.
Collating information required to generate reports and area activities.
You will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.

Essential Criteria Experience in general administrative support and data entry.
Proficient computer literacy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner.
Ability to organise your time and work activities according to priorities and to meet deadlines.
Highly Desirable Criteria Experience with using multiple software systems in a corporate or education environment.
Familiarity or previous experience in the health industry (Highly Desirable).
