Field Visual Merchandiser

Our client is a premium furniture and homewares retailer known in the marketplace for its elevated designs and quality. They are seeking a talented and creative Field Visual Merchandiser to join their dynamic & growing head office team. You will be responsible for overseeing half of the QLD region (split between North and South), ensuring a cohesive and captivating brand experience for their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the visual merchandising activities across multiple stores within QLD. Implement directives & planograms for optimal product placement and visual storytelling. Ensure that merchandise is showcased to maximise customer engagement and sales. Provide training and guidance to store teams on visual merchandising standards. Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with visual guidelines and offer constructive feedback. Creating visually appealing product displays, window exhibits, and in-store layouts to enrich the customer experience and boost sales. Execute and uphold visual presentations that correspond with seasonal themes, promotional activities, and product launches
About You:
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a multisite retail environment highly regarded Creative flair and a strong eye for design and aesthetics. Ability to understand and interpret brand guidelines to create visually appealing displays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and project management abilities.
