You will be doing what you love by spending most of your time with our in-store teams, with one day in the office a week, reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager. Your store portfolio will include approximately 30 Bonds retail stores with a key focus in the development and execution of all areas of Visual Merchandising.
Key responsibilities: Provide on the ground in-store VM support to all Bonds, Bonds Kids, Bonds Outlet in selected region.Ensure consistent presentation standards are met and all windows are displayed in line with specified marketing campaigns.Coach & mentor store staff to ensure store compliance and consistency to VM briefs and standards, as well as bringing the Visual Merchandising Direction to life in store.Work closely with State / Area Managers / Store Managers and in-store teams to plan store visits to ensure VM opportunities to increase sales are identified.Regularly report back to the VM Manager on store standards, compliance and requirement for coaching and training.What experience must I have? Previous experience in a retail management or VM role in a high volume, high paced environment.Genuine passion for retail, our products and the store environment – you will spend most of your time in store, problem solving, coaching, guiding, as well as getting your hands dirty and changing up the VM, so you've got to love retail!Proven communication skills, calm and proactive approach and a confident articulator.Ability to work at pace in a highly autonomous role, and prioritise and manage your time and deadlines.Flexibility and adaptability to travel within the state, and interstate to stores, when required.What's in it for me?
