Providing practical field support to the ANZ market to enhance the support capabilities of the CNH Industrial dealer networks. Working as part of the Technical Support Team (Hay & Harvest) to provide timely resolution to product concerns that are impacting customer satisfaction. Ability to react quickly, working in conjunction with dealer staff to diagnose and resolve in field technical issues to minimise customer downtime.
Providing technical support to dealers and distributors through: In field technical concern investigation Advanced diagnostic skills Dealer and customer visits to resolve technical issues in a timely manner Technical Field Reports for concern escalation Assist with THD requests (level 1) to improve ASiST KPI's for ANZ market Assist with technical training material preparation and coordination Identification of product concerns from the field that are impacting customer satisfaction Service administration tasks as appropriate for increased dealer engagement: Dissemination of service support information Product improvement programs Technical Support Platforms (eTIM, ASiST, DMC, CPDP We are looking for someone that meets the below:
