Service Stream's Utilities division are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to join our growing company. You will be responsible for meeting contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple Meter Provider contracts on a national level within your portfolio. You are expected to ensure that all operational requirements are not only met but also optimised and that all actions are in strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and prevailing statutory, legislative, and regulatory requirements
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Ulverstone, TAS
Reporting Line: Field Manager
Key Responsibilities Lead, direct, manage and coordinate the activities of direct report Field Supervisors, employees and sub-contractors under your control performing small and large market metering and ancillary services.Lead and maintain a positive team - to motivate people to achieve the highest levels of job satisfaction.Manage Field Supervisors, employees, and subcontractors to ensure production, cash flow, customer KPI's and revenue targets are being met or exceeded.Mentor and develop your direct reports as necessary to achieve corporate and customer objectives.Conduct in progress and post field audits as per customer KPIs and update the results in the relevant systems.Coach and mentor team members to improve capability including coordination and delivery of training of all staff and sub-contractors.Promote a systematic approach to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Issues across team, adhere to all HSE Policies & ProceduresAccountable for resourcing programs across all work types to reach the required levels to maintain the program.Responsible for managing relevant contract KPI's and compliance requirements.Ensure the standard of work in the field is of high quality and in accordance with work practices and standards required by the Client and the CompanyEnsure current work practices are implemented in the field and recommend changes to ensure that any activity is performed in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.Provision of technical support, field training and auditing programs of Meter Exchange ElectriciansLiaise with and make all necessary arrangements with Network Companies regarding provision of services and working in public areas.Resolve conflicts within your group and manage poor performance (i.e.: work practices/output, defects, attendance, punctuality, failure to report, customer complaints etc.)About You A Grade Electrical LicenceCT Metering AccreditationDrivers LicenceExperience with managing employees on the front line within a mobile field-based team servicing metro and remote areasCurrent experience in Electrical meter installation and associated servicesCurrent experience in auditing and training of field staffExcellent organisational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal skillsAbility to manage time effectively and meet deadlinesAbout Us Service Stream is an equal opportunity ASX-listed business that develops and operates Australia's essential services networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure industries.
