Your new role Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our team.
In this pivotal role, your leadership is at the heart of our operations, you will lead and support a highly skilled technical workgroup engaged in field-based activities, primarily focused on our overhead network operations.
• Attend to and resolve or coordinate the resolution of customer complaints • Undertake relevant audits and inspections, and check and/or complete compliance-based documentation • Planning packages of live work tasks to issue to internal and contract crews to undertake.
• Validating defects in field and providing recommended rectifications • Monitoring site safety of internal and contract crews • Updating and/or providing accurate data to update ERP systems such as SAP, GIS etc Spark our interest!

You are a skilled and passionate leader who is Electrically qualified.
We need you to be experienced in leading and developing field-based employees, in heavy industry and/or high-risk environments.
You are a strong communicator who thrives on fostering strong relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You are highly adaptable, agile, and work well within a collaborative environment.
We need someone who can plan and prioritise their workloads to meet tight deadlines.
• Sound knowledge of trade based practices preferably in the electricity distribution industry • Class C Drivers Licence.
• Electrical Safety Rules accreditation • Sound knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations and procedures such as safe working practices, network standards and codes of practice Grow with Ausgrid To continue building on our rich heritage, we actively invest in our people's development through secondments, onsite training, mentoring circles, e-learning, Australian Graduate School of Management programs (UNSW) and study assistance.
