As a Field Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of nbn Technicians, ensuring the successful delivery of field-based installation and fault repairs. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards in health, safety, quality, and compliance while providing technical support and resolving complaints.
 
Key Responsibilities: Safety Leadership: Ensure all direct reports adhere to health and safety protocols. Conduct regular toolbox meetings to discuss HSE, quality, and performance.KPI Management: Track and address KPIs related to safety, quality, vehicle audits, customer complaints, and job compliance.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders through meetings and joint ride-ons to meet KPI and contractual obligations.Team Development: Mentor, train, and coach field technicians, fostering a culture of safety and best practices. Identify training needs and coordinate improvement programs.Performance Management: Administer performance management processes to ensure compliance with BSA policies and procedures.Customer Focus: Prioritize customer experience, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure operational KPI targets are met consistently.Operational Support: Provide support to various departments to align field operations with BSA and client requirements using tools like Power BI. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role within the communications industry.Certificate III in Telecommunications.In-depth knowledge of nbn technologies (FTTX, HFC, etc.).Relevant licenses and qualifications including Driver's License, White Card, Working at Heights, Power Awareness Training, Traffic Control Training, First Aid.
