02nd January, 2025 As a Field Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of nbn Technicians, ensuring the successful delivery of field-based installation and fault repairs.
You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards in health, safety, quality, and compliance while providing technical support and resolving complaints.
Key Responsibilities: Safety Leadership: Ensure all direct reports adhere to health and safety protocols. Conduct regular toolbox meetings to discuss HSE, quality, and performance.KPI Management: Track and address KPIs related to safety, quality, vehicle audits, customer complaints, and job compliance.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders through meetings and joint ride-ons to meet KPI and contractual obligations.Team Development: Mentor, train, and coach field technicians, fostering a culture of safety and best practices.
