About the role
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Field Supervisor on a 24-month contract.
A large number of our projects are regional, which will require people to be away for up to 90% of the time between Monday and Friday.
You will be reporting to the Construction Supervisor, overseeing and ensuring the successful completion of telecommunication construction activities at the site.
This role involves coordinating all work groups and contractors necessary for project success.
The Field Supervisor is tasked with executing assigned work safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively by effectively managing on-site personnel and resources.
This role requires proactive supervision to ensure high performance and adherence to project standards.
In collaboration with the Construction Supervisor, the Field Supervisor also provides site support and administration, coordinating with various groups such as communications teams and civil contractors to streamline project operations.
About you
You will be an exceptional communicator on all levels and have a background in building telecommunications infrastructure networks, including optical fibre cable installation, splicing and testing (including data cabling).
Requirements include:
Telecommunication network construction and commissioning experience and contractor management Previous experience in Field leadership in construction or related industry Current Drivers Licence About us
