Description SummaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Supervisor to join Service Stream's Telecommunication division based in Regency Park!About the RoleService Stream's Fixed Communications division are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to join our Field Services team.Reporting directly to the Field Services Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Field Services Manager in the day-to-day operations activities and contractor management functions within the NBN Service Excellence contract.Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time Location: Regency Park, SAReporting Line: Field Service ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesLead, direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of field staff and sub-contractorsEnsure all field work is of a high quality consistent with relevant OH & S policies and proceduresCoordinate and assist in the training of all staff and sub-contractorsLiaise with the client and its customers to appropriately manage the client's network and plantLiaise with and make all arrangements with Public Authorities for provision of services to the network and working in public areasArrange reports to management and the customer on the status of workUndertake scheduling of work, staff and equipment to ensure production targets are metEnsure all field work is of a high quality consistent with relevant OH & S policies and proceduresSkills and ExperienceRelevant technical qualificationsExperience within Telecommunications industryPrevious experience meeting targets/budgetsFlexible approach and well-developed contract management skillsNBN Enable accepted accreditation is MandatoryBenefitsPermanent, full time opportunityFocus on reward & recognitionSupportive team culture
