If you enjoy leading and motivating frontline workers, mentoring, coaching, supporting development opportunities and providing exceptional customer service, then this role is for you.As a Field Staff Team Leader, you will:Work closely with our Sydney field staff to ensure that the delivery of client centric services is in line with the vision and values of the organisation, producing quality care.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including office and field staff as well as clients, families and guardiansProvide ongoing guidance, mentoring and training to a team of community support workersComplete documentation and administrative reporting as requiredAssisting in the successful process of recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new staff to achieve client and business objectivesManage and lead the day-to-day operations of your team including the recruitment, training, induction of our support workers and nursesManage client service feedback and complaints and ensure feedback process is addressed, and complaints resolvedMaintain and encourage a safe work environment in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety legislationOversee skill validation of field staff that does not require clinical inputYearly staff appraisal with field staff to determine areas of improvement to work on and recognise development and achievementsYou will bring the following to the role:Experience working in aged care, community services or disability servicesCertificate III or IV in aged care, community services or similar qualificationKnowledge of Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program and Aged Care Quality Standards is highly desirableExperience managing field and/or remote work teamsProblem-solving abilities with the ability to think criticallyAbility and willingness to embrace changeExperience with conflict resolution and positive business outcomesEnthusiastic attitude with the capability to influence and develop a strong team cultureStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work independentlyFlexibility to travel within the Sydney metro region on an as required basis depending on the needs of the businessTo apply, please click on the apply button and follow the prompts.
