Job Description:
To support our Reservoir Performance operations in Australia, we are currently looking for a Field Specialist experienced in Stimulation (Fracturing and Gravel Pack).
The RPS Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The RPS Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
Responsible for service delivery execution.
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
Maintain the required safety training.
Maintain the equipment at the base and offshore, as required.
Guarantee the recording of preservation, maintenance and utilization of the equipment for Well Services.
Monitor and maintain the levels of competency, following up on training and exposure to offshore and onshore jobs, and equipment maintenance.
Supervise junior members of the crew during the execution of offshore activities.
Prepare load out lists and backload lists.
Ensure local certifications are valid.
Operate and troubleshoot the Specific Schlumberger stimulation equipment:

High Pressure Pumps (2000 HHP)
POD Blender (Programmable Optimum Density)
Hydration Unit PCM (Precision Continuous Mixer)
LAS (Liquid additive system)
FracCAT/SandCAT system

Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Min 2-3 years Technical College associate degree in relevant discipline.
Experience: Min 5 years relevant experience.
Courses requirements:

Basic Operation School
MSD Unconventional course
OneSTIM
XCL course
OFS-1 and OFS-2 courses

Skills:

Ability to maintain, prepare and dispatch of equipment.
Ability to maintain high quality of service delivery at the wellsite, in terms of safety, quality and efficiency of operation.
Ability to run required services, supervise operations and manage people, interact with clients and other related parties.
Organisation and project management.
Understanding of the full stimulation equipment.
Understanding of Field Deployment Platform and RITE.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills and ability to learn new software.
