Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestA Field Service Engineer will play a vital field-based role, travelling to customer sites, both onshore and offshore, across the APAC region. You will provide specialist installation and maintenance support. You will perform hands-on work individually and as part of a Field Service team.As a Field Services Engineer - Control System, you will be responsible for:Receiving and following established tasks according to the Maintenance or Installation activities schedule on Customer equipment in the Field.Collaborating with other crew members for the Installation and/or Maintenance activities of Customer Equipment in the Field at Customer Sites.Being responsible for the execution of specific tasks following the Site Quality Check Lists provided for the agreed scope of work.Interacting with Customer Representatives and Site Teams on routine matters at the Field Job Site such as coordination meetings.Providing all required records of activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes TPS Supervisor and promoting and maintaining good team relations.Executing all required responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors and following all TPS Service applicable processes and procedures.Performing other related duties as required.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have at least a Technical Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.Have industry-related experience and rotating equipment product line training required.Have good Functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working Skills.Be specialized in Instrumentation and Control Panels.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.In this role, you will travel to and work on customer sites across the Asia-Pacific Region in line with customer requirements.
