This is a permanent full-time role to join our team based in Welshpool, WA.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead a team of field workers throughout WA and Schedulers.Commit to enhancing productivity and reducing operational costs within the BV FST community.Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction levels, ensuring our services consistently surpass expectations.People management and driving a team to perform with a focus on the commercial side.Exposure in a larger operations management role, understanding a mix of operations and commercial aspects.Skilled in people management and driving team performance, with a focus on the commercial side.Proficient in efficiency and field service guidance, with knowledge in P&L management and cost savings.To be successful, you will have: Experience leading a team across a broad geographic area and delivering results.Experience in an operational environment.Demonstrated strong technical aptitude.Experience and knowledge working with strong HSE requirements.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and experience with other databases.Desire to lead change and be a continuous improvement champion.Experience working with large mining companies.CULTURE & BENEFITS A career with Bullivants will offer you rewarding experiences and opportunities for growth and development.
