This full-time position is pivotal in supporting the expansion of our Property Management department, offering comprehensive on-the-job training and a chance to learn and grow within the role. Your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks including:
- Conducting Condition Reports
- Performing Routine Inspections
- Managing Open for Inspections
- Key Management
- Coordinating with Photographers
- Assisting Property Managers and Business Development Managers
To thrive in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A current Agents Representative license
- A valid driver's license
- Impeccable presentation and strong communication skills
- Exceptional time management abilities
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to work efficiently
