These positions offer the opportunity to travel domestically and internationally, working on industrial, water, wastewater, and oil and gas sites. These roles target 80% field utilisation, with the balance spent as downtime or working at our Brisbane facility.This is an excellent opportunity to work with a trusted and leading manufacturing company based in the North of Brisbane.Field Service LeadResponsibilities:Manage and execute field operations.Collaborate with other Field Service Leads and report on larger jobs to the Field Service Supervisor.Perform additional reporting and management tasks on smaller jobs.Daily Coordination:Allocate tasks and projects based on team skills and daily needs.Organize and monitor schedules to ensure timely task completion.Lead by example, actively participating in fieldwork and supervising team members.Provide technical support and problem-solving on-site.Communication and Reporting:Provide regular updates to the Field Service Supervisor.Complete all job-related documentation accurately and promptly.Field Service TechniciansResponsibilities:Execute field operations as directed by the Field Service Lead.Use procurement strategies to ensure supply, quality, service, cost, innovation, and regulatory compliance.Preparation and Planning:Review daily schedules to understand tasks and locations.Gather necessary tools, equipment, and materials.Travel and Time Management:Manage travel to ensure timely arrival at job sites.Track time spent on each task and report discrepancies.Service Execution:Perform technical tasks and repairs, from routine maintenance to complex repairs.Diagnose and solve problems during service calls.Field Service AssistantsResponsibilities:Support Field Service Technicians and Leads with necessary resources.Help maintain high service quality standards and customer satisfaction.All Roles Require:Compliance with safety and quality standards.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Maintenance and care of equipment.Continuous learning and adaptation.About You:Trade-qualified boilermaker, sheet metal worker, fitter, and Turner or equivalent industry experience.Field Service Leads need technical proficiency, leadership skills, and effective communication with team members and customers.Field Service Technicians should manage multiple tasks, have strong technical skills, and exhibit excellent customer service.Field Service Assistants must facilitate the work of Technicians and Leads efficiently and safely.A team player who collaborates effectively to achieve collective goals.Ability to pass a heavy functional medical assessment and drug and alcohol test.We Offer:Competitive annual base salary.Salary continuance insurance.Service awards.A supportive team environment.Training and development opportunities.To apply, please send a cover letter addressing the above criteria, your up-to-date resume detailing your practical experience, and two relevant work references.We are an equal-opportunity employer.
