100% commitment to personal and business safetyTesting of lifting equipment on and off-site inspectionsMaintenance and service repairs on productsProviding excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyaltyDIDO or FIFO to customer sites when and as requiredCollaborating with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolutionWhat you will bring with you:
Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshootingDemonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essentialValid driver's license - DIDO will be required and ability for FIFOAbility to work in a sometimes physically demanding role and at heightsFlexibility and availability to travel.
