Job DescriptionA fantastic full time, permanent role has come up for a Diesel Technician to join our Off Highway Field Service Team.
Based in Wacol, this role offers you the flexibility to live throughout Southeast Queensland.
As a Field Service Technician, you'll specialize in servicing and maintaining heavy diesel engines and electronic systems across our product range in marine, power generation, and mining!
No two days will be the same and you'll receive all the training you need to become a technical specialist.
You'll be comfortable working on your own, while our off-highway team is robust and well-supported, you'll be on the road.
In this unique role, you'll be hands-on in field service, but also establish and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of high-end customers and internal stakeholders alike.
About you: Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic/Diesel Fitter with experience in marine, mining, or power generation equipment.Strong in maintenance, service, and repair of heavy-duty diesel engines.Practical working knowledge of the operation of appropriate machinery, tools, and equipment.Easily work independently, with the ability to build strong working relationships.A commitment to, and promotion of, safe work practices.Effective communication and teamwork skills, actively promoting Penske's values and purpose.About Us: Penske Australia is the go-to destination for diesel and gas engines, power systems, and heavy vehicles.
