Access our Wellness at Linde resource and leverage our Employee Assistance Program.A birthday gift to celebrate you each year.Anniversary bonuses to celebrate your milestones with us.Fast track into your dream car through our novated lease partner.All eligible employees have the potential to earn money for referrals - refer a successful candidate after you join and receive $$$!Linde Material Handling is proudly supporting Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds not-for-profit foundation- access all available resources from HHTS.Tasks and Qualifications :Your responsibilities :Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.Order Spare Parts through the Parts Portal.Use the Linde Service App to receive jobs from the office and to log relevant information.Customer Service and communication skills.Manage Service Van Stock Levels and ensure proper maintenance and care of tools.Liaise with the Service Allocators to confirm the jobs assigned every day and ensure all jobs are completed accurately and on time.Be able to assist in repairs of units in the workshop.Assist other service techs as required.Participate in our after-hours on-call service roster for any after-hour issues in accordance with company policies and industrial agreements.Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forklifts.Requirements for success :You will have a mechanical background, ideally having worked on forklifts, heavy equipment or automotive.
