Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Field Service Technician, you will help improve the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as support logistics companies. You will become a Trusted Advisor for our clients across various sectors. This role involves:
Installing, configuring, and optimizing high precision instruments.
Performing routine maintenance, service, and calibrations of weighing equipment and analytical instruments.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues accurately and efficiently.
Providing advice and technical support to customers in various industries.
Communicating effectively with customers to explain technical issues and solutions.
Staying updated with the latest industry trends with METTLER TOLEDO technologies.
Ensuring customers can rely on regular calibration, maintenance, and repairs.
Integrating instruments and their data software into customers' IT systems.
Cooperating in an interdisciplinary team within METTLER TOLEDO.
What You Need to Succeed
Possession of a diploma/certificate in electronics or mechanics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility and availability to travel.
Demonstrable experience with office and technical software (MS Word and Excel).
Valid Driver's Licence and willingness to travel within a defined geographical area.
Strong customer focus; you will be our customers' trusted advisor.
Relevant technical training (electrical engineering, mechatronics, or software), ideally with an official Technical Certification.
Good application and network skills, ideally with knowledge of Windows-based applications.
