Role Details: Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is based in the Albury-Wodonga region, with travel required to customer sites such as Tumut, Junee and Wagga Wagga.
This role will provide field service support conducting machine installations, maintenance servicing, and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify the best approach to resolve customer issues and generate accurate quotes that balance cost-effectiveness and profitability.
