Position Overview We're seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to install, service, and train customers on fiber and CO2 laser cutting machines. Responsibilities include installation, service, troubleshooting, software training, and customer support. You'll be involved in installations, machine demonstrations, and developing instructional materials.

Key Responsibilities Install and service Fiber laser cutting machineryTrain customers on machine operation and softwareTroubleshoot machine and software issuesDemonstrate machinery and provide support via phone and emailManage service bookings and documentation Qualifications: 3+ years in design, engineering, service, mechanical or electricalBasic electrical knowledge and CAD experienceStrong problem-solving skills and computer proficiencyGood communication and people skillsWillingness to travel Australia-wide (up to 30% travel)Physical work Hours & Pay Rate: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm
