This is a fantastic permanent full time opportunity for a passionate and self-motivated Field Service Technician to utilise their talents & join our team.
About the Role We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Field Service Technician to join our team.
You will be responsible for carrying out service and preventative maintenance calls within NSW as well as project coordination.
In many instances, you will be the first person our clients see, so it is imperative that you have a great customer focus and ensure that service calls are delivered in a timely manner.
You will be required to work from a Service Van in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities Your main tasks will include:
Attend field service calls & preventative maintenance calls;Conduct inspections, fault finding & diagnostic checks;Provide technical advice and information on all of our products;Assist with installations where required;Establishment & maintenance of service and van stock levels;Liaise with clients to discuss service requirements;Promote service agreements.Skills and Experience Experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
Gate motors and Automatic doors;Speedgates and Pedestrian access control devices;Boom gates, Sliding & Swing gates, Bollards, and other perimeter access products;Parking systems.The ideal candidate will have/be: Experience in a similar industry;A white card;Electrical Fitter Licence or Restricted Electrical Work Licence (minimum).Why are we a great place to work?
