Field Service Technician

For our location Sydney we are looking for you as: Field Service Technician What challenges can you expect?
Performance of repairs and maintenance work in regard to the designated product spectrum of transformer components on site in ANZ and Pacific IslandsPreplanning of service jobs to be carried out (verification of service material, obtaining scope of work and all information necessary to carry out the job)Problem assessment in regards to OLTC units and assembly groups depending on personal qualificationsCreation of technical service reports and forwarding to Technical ManagerFrequent travelling to customer sites allover ANZ What do we expect from you?
Skilled worker with appropriate experience as electrical fitter/mechanic or licensed electrician/certificate IIIMinimum 2-3 years service experience for transformers and components in the transformer industryEnjoy practical and challenging hands-on tasks in the electrical/mechanical fieldBasic knowledge about servicing power transformers (design, functionality) and its components, transformer testing experience a plusBusiness fluent in English, additional foreign languages a plusBasic computer skills: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
